About dogs and people
Alon believes every dog deserves a person who will love it. With determination and love, he has found warm homes for dozens of dogs from the municipal kennel and the Haver-Li association.
His own dog, Lily, was rescued just in time. The doctors gave her no more than two years, but love and dedication proved them wrong.
Games of life
Alon passes on the value of cooperation to the next generation in schools and boarding schools for at-risk youth from the Jewish and Arab communities, through unique workshops as a volunteer with the Sparks association.
Insights for the next generation
Alon is a mentor at Migdalor, an association of Naval Officers Course graduates, supporting young people and lone soldiers.
