About

An expert in people.

Lecturer in negotiation and decision-making at Reichman University, Bar-Ilan University, Ono Academic College and Sapir Academic College.

He also advises leadership teams in leading organizations in Israel and around the world on negotiation inside and outside the organization, managing collaborations, motivating without authority and managing complex interfaces, including objections and conflict.

Alon served in senior field positions at the Israeli Prime Minister's Office in Israel and abroad, and is a graduate of the Israeli Navy's Naval Officers Course. He combines insights from the world of intelligence with academic depth and a rare ability to make them accessible.
